If you are seeing "SPECIMEN" on your labels, it is because the Swiss Post has not yet had a chance to review or approve your labels.
When you install our app, you are prompted to print test labels and send them to the Post Office.
If you have not done so, this is the reason why SPECIMEN is written on the labels. In this case you will have to repeat this process. Ask our support here to reset your account so that you can go through the installation process again and create the test labels. In the process you will also find the address to send the labels to.
If you have sent the test labels, it can take up to 14 days for the post office to approve them. If you have been waiting longer, you should contact your postal contact and ask about the status. It is possible that something has gone missing at the post office.
